KOKON started from a simple objection: that "traditional" had become an excuse for "the same as always". We make the classics with respect — then we keep going.
We test, retest, and throw out whatever doesn't convince us. Every sweet that reaches the window has been through that filter. That's what we mean by flavours with character.
