By using the KOKON website you accept the following terms.
Scope of the service
The website provides information about KOKON's products and store and accepts order requests for in-store pickup, as well as catering quote requests. No delivery is offered and no online payments are processed through the website.
Order requests
Submitting a form constitutes a request, not a completed order. Orders are confirmed by the store by phone or email. Listed prices are indicative; final charging takes place at the store's till, which also issues all legal receipts.
Availability and hours
Products are baked daily in limited quantities and may sell out. Pickup times are subject to the store's opening hours as in force at any given time.
Intellectual property
The logo, texts, photographs and all website content are the intellectual property of KOKON and are protected by applicable law. Reproduction without written permission is prohibited.
Limitation of liability
We make every effort to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee its absolute accuracy. Allergen information is available on request in store.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Sparta have jurisdiction.
